Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless, service-driven guest experience
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing team, including floor managers, captains, and service staff
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary leadership to maintain quality, consistency, and innovation
  • Maintain labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency while upholding luxury service standards
  • Drive staff development, training programs, and performance reviews
  • Uphold and implement policies, procedures, and brand standards across all areas of operation
  • Cultivate a hospitality-driven work culture rooted in respect, accountability, and excellence
  • Monitor and manage P&L, budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, executive leadership, and the restaurant team


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale or fine dining environment
  • Deep understanding of service excellence, high-touch hospitality, and operational leadership
  • Previous experience leading large teams and managing high-volume restaurants
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proven success in team development, performance coaching, and culture-building
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with new openings or relaunches is a strong plus
